I ordered the part and it showed up just fine, so no issues there. But the product info on the site felt a little light, honestly. I had to go double-check the fitment somewhere else before I felt comfortable buying it. Not a BAD experience, but clearer specs and a few more photos would help a lot.

I ordered the brake pads using my registration number and, thankfully, they fit my car without any issues. I was a little frustrated because the delivery took longer than I expected, but i felt relieved once I saw they were the right ones. Getting the compatibility right matters more to me, so overall I can’t complain too much.

They almost always have some sort of promotion running on the Autodoc website or app. If you’re not in a hurry, it’s worth keeping an eye on the prices for a day or two, as they tend to fluctuate. I managed to save quite a lot on my last service kit.

I mostly use autodoc.co.uk because the choice of brands is seriously good. For my car, I could find cheaper options as well as names I already recognised, so I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into buying one random part.
I picked up filters, brake pads, and a few service bits without having to jump between different sites, which was handy. Some of the brands I’d never heard of, but it was still useful being able to compare prices and see what was available. it was kind of great, although also a bit of a headache at times.
It did take me longer than expected to decide, but I suppose that’s better than having no choice at all. Overall, I’m happy with it and would use them again, even if I did spend way too much time staring at nearly identical parts

The box showed up looking clean and well-packed, with everything tucked in securely. I appreciated that there were no dents, tears, or loose items inside—everything arrived exactly as it should.

I wasn’t sure if the parts would match my order exactly, since I’ve had issues with that before, but everything showed up right and fit what I ordered. Straightforward experience overall.

Paid by card and it actually went through the first time, which was a nice change because I’m so used to payment pages being a hassle. Got the confirmation right away too. No random error message, no annoying double charge, no waiting around wondering if it worked. i hate when checkout gets messy, but this one was fine...

I ordered a couple of bits from AUTODOC and, i was expecting to wait ages and ages for them to show up.
The updates came through quickly, and then the parcel arrived sooner than I thought it would, which was a nice nice surprise.
Everything I ordered was in the box, so I managed to get the car sorted that weekend with no fuss. Delivery was spot on for me.

My order was delayed, which was frustrating, but at least they explained what was going on and kept me updated instead of leaving me completely in the dark. I still wish it hadn’t taken so long, but the communication helped.

I’ve used Autodoc a few times now, i’ve been really happy with the savings. I got brake pads and filters for noticeably less than what local shops were charging, even after adding delivery. The only downside is that shipping can take a bit longer, which can be a little frustrating if you’re in a hurry. But for the money I’ve saved, I genuinely don’t mind waiting a bit.

I ordered a few parts from autodoc.co.uk and, to be fair, it was mostly okay. The prices were decent and the ordering process wasn’t hard, but the stock situation caused more stress than I expected. One of the parts was showing as available when I ordered, then I got told later it wasn’t actually in stock, so I had to either wait or change it. When you need the part quickly, that kind of thing is really frustrating and just adds hassle you weren’t planning for. I’d probably use them again, but I’d definitely double-check stock first next time.

I’ll admit I was a little skeptical about the whole core deposit thing when I ordered the part. I sent the old one back using the instructions they provided, and after a few days the refund came through without any hassle. Not the fastest process ever, but it all worked like it was supposed to, so I can’t really complain

I had to wait a little longer than I would’ve liked, but my warranty claim did get sorted in the end. I made sure to keep my receipts and any messages just in case, but they kept me updated enough along the way and handled it fairly.

The item showed up in good shape, so I’m happy about that, but the tracking was frustrating. It said it had been delivered, then it didn’t actually arrive until two days later. Not a huge deal in the end, but definitely confusing while I was waiting for it
